Yaseen Eldik - Yale Law School Administrator

A resident of New Haven, Connecticut, Yaseen Eldik has worked at the university level as the director of the Legal Academic Pipeline Program at Yale Law School since 2022. In this role, Yaseen Eldik oversees a program that creates a welcoming environment for those attending the university’s law program.

Mr. Eldik’s experiences at the Legal Academic Pipeline Program has culminated from working in the community. In 2018, he developed short videos and social media on justice, the Muslim American experience, and protecting the environment for the New York Times’ Opinion section. In 2019, he became a founding member and co-chair of the Gucci Changemakers Council. Since launching this organization, he has advised corporate executives on their brands. He assisted in identifying prospective student recipients for the Gucci Changemakers Scholarship Fund. He has also helped nonprofit organizations through the Gucci Changemakers Council Community Fund, and he organized a trip to the Equal Justice Initiative Legacy Museum and the National Memorial for Peace and Justice.

In his role at Yale, Yaseen Eldik has been integral to launching the new dean’s programs on the legal academic pipeline, which include developing initiatives that establish a culture of belonging. His other activities include creating programs and workshops that educate student leaders and those serving on university committees.
